This Shipping Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases from us ("Cup Pro"), unless stated otherwise.
GENERAL
At Cup Pro ("we/our/us") customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering your orders in accordance with this Policy. In this Policy, we use the term "customer", "you" or "your" to refer to a person who buys goods from us. Please read our Terms Of Service along with this Policy. By making a purchase from us, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, then please do not finalise your purchase.
SHIPPING COSTS, UPDATES & CARRIERS
- Domestic: All domestic orders within Australia of one (1) Cup Pro set will incur shipping costs which are calculated at checkout. All orders of two (2) Cup Pro sets or more will enjoy free express shipping. We use major carriers to ship your order including TNT Express, StarTrack and Toll, among others. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification with shipping details via email.
- International: All international orders outside of Australia of one (1) Cup Pro set will incur shipping costs which are calculated at checkout. All orders of two (2) Cup Pro sets or more will enjoy free express shipping worldwide. We use major carriers to ship your order including DHL Express, FedEx and UPS, among others. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification with shipping details via email.
HANDLING AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Once you receive confirmation from us that we have received your order, we aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. All orders are carefully inspected and dispatched within 48 business hours. Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch;
- Australia: 1 to 4 business days
- New Zealand: 2 to 4 business days
- Rest of the world: 3 to 6 business days
We always aim for punctual delivery, however, there are occasions when orders might arrive later than the anticipated date. For example, this could occur due to public holidays, extreme weather events, supply chain disruptions, unusually high demand, transportation issues, incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or a range of other matters.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At Cup Pro, we offer worldwide shipping subject to this Policy. International customers assume responsibility for any duties and/or taxes that may be incurred under the customs of that particular country. International customers are responsible for checking with their country's customs office to verify that the products can clear customs.
OTHER FEES, CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
We are not responsible for any taxes, tariffs, duties or customs which may be applied to your order. All of our fees are set out on or website or communicated to you when you make your purchase. Any additional fees, taxes, tariffs, duties or customs which may be applied after you have placed your order, are your responsibility.
CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been processed for delivery. If you have entered the wrong address at checkout, please contact us immediately before your order is processed at orders@cuppro.com.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the event that your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@cuppro.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
RESOLUTION OF SHIPPING DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute or issue with the shipping of your order, such as delays, loss, or damage, we encourage you to first contact the relevant carrier company to resolve the matter. But of course, our customer service team is always here to help.
INDEMNITY
By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our business, including its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to any acts or omissions of third-party carriers used for shipping your order.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by you to us on the platform is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery. If you have entered the wrong shipping information or contact details, it might cause a delay or missed delivery and you may not be eligible for a reshipment or a refund on such transaction.
INSPECTION
Upon receiving the products you will make a full investigation, inspection and/or examination of the products. In the event that you consider that the products have been damaged prior to delivery, you must notify us of such damage, within the 7 days ("the Inspection Time") after receiving your order .
In the event that the products have actually been damaged prior to delivery, and you have notified us of such damage (and provided evidence of such damage) within the Inspection Time, then we may replace the products or provide a refund.
In the event that you claim that the products have been damaged but you do not notify us of such damage within the Inspection Time, then we will not replace the products or provide a refund, unless applicable laws provide otherwise.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Refunds and returns will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
YOUR DATA
The privacy of your data supplied to us during the shipping procedure is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of this Policy and every time you wish to use this Website, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time. If you continue to use the Services after the date on which the changes come into effect, your use of the Services indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Policy.
FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be considered in breach of guarantee or terms of service and shall not be liable to you for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason beyond our control including natural disasters, pandemics, fire, an act of God or public enemy, famine, plague, the action of the court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen.
